Try-A-Catamaran Pricing

A week aboard our Leopard 48 sailing catamaran, Calypso, is $3,360 per person (7 days/6 nights, double occupancy) or $3,860 per person (single occupancy). Contact us for longer or shorter Try-A-Cat learning charters.

There are no more than 2 people per learning cruise so you get individualized attention and plenty of "off time" for fun and relaxing.

Payment is due in 3 equal installments:

1/3 due at reservation
1/3 due 90 days before charter start date
1/3 due 30 days before charter start date

What's Included, What's Not?

What's included?

Instruction and guidance from Captains Mark and Sharon Noneman of Calypso Sailing Life
All yacht expenses including fuel, docking and mooring
All meals and beverages onboard Calypso including breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner.

What's not?

Airfare and ground transportation to and from Calypso
Travel insurance (optional but recommended)
Expenses ashore including meals, souvenirs, and other personal items before, during, and after the charter.

Cancellation

Rescheduling to another learning charter more than 60 days in advance is free of charge. Rescheduling 30-60 days before the start of our learning charter incurs a $500 fee. Rescheduling within 30 days of charter incurs a $1,000 fee.
Cancelling more than 90 days before the learning charter start date results in a full refund. Cancellation 30-90 days before the charter incurs a $1,000 fee. Cancellation within 30 days of the charter is non-refundable.
Cancellation by Calypso Sailing Life will result in a full refund of fees paid.
